New Jersey's Neighborhood Appeal

With rolling hills, parks, bird sanctuaries and small independent farms falling sporadically throughout the state, it is no wonder it is called The Garden State, and if you ask any one that lives in New Jersey or simply passes through on their way to the beach, they will tell you the best tomatoes are grown here.

Located just outside of Center City Philadelphia, South Jersey promotes fine living, quiet neighborhoods and close-knit communities. From modest townhouses to large single family homes, every town offers a plethora of homes in varying price ranges, and residents are just outside the shore points area, which provide relaxation, excitement, family fun and nightlife.

Because of its proximity to Philadelphia, South Jersey is considered part of the Delaware Valley and comprises the bottom eight counties of the state: Burlington, Camden, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem and half of Ocean.
